SU Closing 1 p.m. February 11, Classes Beginning 12:30 or Later Canceled

SALISBURY, MD---Due to inclement weather potentially affecting travel conditions, all classes on Tuesday, February 11, beginning at 12:30 p.m. or later have been canceled. Offices will close at 1 p.m., following Inclement Weather Plan F. All evening activities are canceled. The Commons and Guerrieri Student Union will maintain normal hours.
Supervisors will contact essential employees with information about whether they should report to work. All other employees should monitor critical student and operational services. Continue to monitor SU email and other communication outlets for direction.

SALISBURY, MD---The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a winter storm warning for Wicomico County and surrounding areas, in effect noon Tuesday, February 11 until 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 12.
Heavy, wet snow is expected with total accumulations of 4-7 inches possible.
Those traveling should expect slippery roads, especially on bridges and overpasses, which could impact daily commutes.
