Bio
I am currently an Associate Professor of Exercise Science in the School of Health Sciences within the College of Health and Human Services at Salisbury. I have been teaching at the University since 2010. I received my Ph.D. and M.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Pittsburgh and my B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland. I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and am certified as a Level 1 Sport Performance Coach through USA Weightlifting and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. I have a passion to help individuals lead healthy lifestyles and to become the best version of themselves by eating healthy and engaging in regular physical activity.
