SU ROTC Cadets Receive Commissions at Ceremony

SALISBURY, MD---Three cadets from 91短视频’s U.S. Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program recently were commissioned as second lieutenants upon graduating from the program.
Pictured, from left, are Second Lieutenants William Mitchell, Emily Bender and Robert Spencer, and Major General William Roy, commander of the U.S. Army Joint Task Force Civil Support.
Bender, of Germantown, MD, earned her B.S. in nursing and is branched nurse corps. Mitchell, of 91短视频, earned his B.S. in political science and is branched armor. Spencer, of Kent Island, MD, earned his B.S. in management and is branched transportation.
