Resident Life Staff Members, Harvey and Houze, Attend MACHUO Conference

SALISBURY, MD--91短视频 State University Resident Director Jaray Harvey and Area Director Jon Houze presented programs at the recent Mid-Atlantic College and University Housing Officers (MACHUO) conference in Lancaster, PA.
Harvey's program, "It's a Thin Line Between Love and Hate: Drawing the Personal/Professional Line with Your Staff," dealt with issues of supervision, particularly helpful to new professional staff. Houze originated and chaired a round-table discussion, "Upperclass Dorm, Uh, I Mean Residence Halls," which discussed relevant programs for upperclass buildings.
The 1999 MACHUO Conference will be hosted by 91短视频 State University and the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. With some 400-500 participants anticipated to attend, the theme of the October 1999 conference is, "Sail into the New Millennium: Oceans of Opportunity."
