Bio
Casey M. Stratton is an Assistant Professor, organizational consultant, and learning strategist with over ten years of professional experience assessing learning needs, designing curricula and training programs, and measuring effective learning. At Salisbury, he facilitates courses emphasizing organizational communication, leadership, management, and public speaking, among other classes. His current research broadly focuses on organizational identification, spirituality, training and development, and postmodern inquiry. Casey especially enjoys translating theory to practice by actively consulting organizations and people to view communication as vital for success. Before receiving his Ph.D. in organizational communication, Casey worked in various training and development positions with regional and international organizations. Casey holds leadership positions within the National Communication Association (NCA) and the Eastern Communication Association (ECA), including co-chairing NCA's Training and Development Division. He has offered over 30 research, teaching, and professional presentations. He also serves as a career coach, assisting over 1500 individuals with enhancing resumes and ​interviewing. Casey also serves as a business consultant.
